We had the wonderful opportunity to visit Clint's brother, Tim and his family in Cleveland, Ohio last weekend. We traveled back with his sister, Cindy, and her family and had a great time! The kids did pretty well on the plane rides, considering they were 4 hours each. The highlights were: Clint and I sneaking away to Cedar Point Amusement Park for the day without kids, Jack playing in the quiet couldesac with his cousins, the kids sleeping like champs every night, visiting Kirtland, enjoying being with family! After visiting with Tim, Amy and their three boys for Memorial Day, we headed down south to Dayton, Ohio to visit our good friends, Jeremy and Adrienne, and their cute twin boys. We had a fabulous time playing games, eating yummy gelatis and watching the kiddos play. We flew home last Thursday and are slowly returning to the humdrum of our normal everyday lives. :)

Getting ready for the big flight! We had some time to watch the planes land and take off and to play in the kid play area before boarding the plane. The luggage was ridiculus: 3 huge suitcases, 2 huge backpacks full of food and toys, a stroller, DVD player, carseat and 2 kids. Whew! Highlight of the plane ride: Jack yelling out as we landed "Yea! That was fun!"

Cedar Point was awesome! We spent 11 hours riding as many rides as we could. Our favorite: the Dragster. A 17 second ride where you are going 120 mph. It was the most intense 17 seconds of my life.

Hanging out at the park. Trying to get a decent family shot is a joke these days!

The three cousins in front of the Kirtland temple.

We enjoyed dinner out with the adults one evening. We had yummy Latin American food.

The 3 hour trip to Dayton: it was almost like a date for us!

We spent a morning at the Boonshoft museum in Dayton. The kids had a great time checking out the animals, climbing in the tree house and playing in the jail.
